The Timeless Creatures Series is a collaboration between artist Keiji Ito and leather craftsman HISHIMEUCHI. The base material used is Italian leather tanned with plant-based tannins, which ages beautifully over time. Non-aging French or Italian leather is then used for the artwork, creating a product where aging and non-aging parts coexist.

長く愛用できるタイムレスなデザインを手縫いで製作しています。
「菱目打ち」と呼ばれる道具と木槌で革に目を打ち込み
クゥジュ・セリエという手法で、革の特徴に合わせて糸の締り具合を調整しながら縫い合わせているため
末永くお使いいただけるものです。
ベースにはエンジングする植物タンニンなめし製法のイタリアンレザーを
絵の部分にはノンエイジングなフレンチもしくはイタリアンレザーを
それぞれ配置することで経年変化する全体と、変化しない絵の部分とが同居する製品となっています。
